FORBES - Oct 30 - Covid-19 rapidly and severely impacted the event industry. By April 2020, the events industry was transacting at 50% of February 2020 levels. Then it stopped all together. By early July, the percentage of rescheduled events had dropped to 21%. Almost half the projects that were rescheduled were again postponed or canceled.
