While the music credits database Jaxsta retains its name, the parent company, now known as Vinyl Group, encompasses Jaxsta, the social networking platform Vampr, and the online record store Vinyl.com. The move aims to unify the vision of the 3 businesses, offering a more interconnected and enriched experience for clients and users. Vinyl Group, trading under the ticker code VNL, saw a 10% increase in share price following the name change.
