EQUAL OCEAN - Douyin launched a desktop chat software on its official website, called "Douyin Chat," which supports Windows and Mac. This is Douyin's fourth attempt at a socialization strategy since its launch of the "Friends tab" in 2020. Douyin has been on the social interaction path for ~4 years. They already have the Doushan app, Feiliao app, and some features like Connection, Acquaintances, Same City, Friends, Daily, and Douyin Zaizai for creating users' 3D avatars.
